At Clarks India, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every step you take. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unworn footwear within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit the 'My Orders' section on our website and select the item you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

• 2.
  Pack the Product

  Place the unused footwear in its original Clarks box along with all tags, invoices, and packaging materials intact.

• 3.
  Pickup Arrangement

  Our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your delivery address within 2-3 business days of the request being approved.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days.
